Returns and exchanges

In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to inform us if you require a cancellation, return or exchange, and then 14 days thereafter to return the item unworn and in its original packaging

If you'd like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please email twignpetal@gmail.com with your order number clearly visible in the email subject. However, we can't guarantee it will always be possible.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

The cost of return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

In case of exchanges we cover the costs of shipping the new item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing. We do not reserve items.

 

EXEMPTIONS

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

FAULTY ITEMS


If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at twignpetal@gmail.com with photos of the item attached to your email.

Manufacturing faults must be reported within six months of purchase. Items showing signs of accidental damage, general wear and tear or not sticking to the jewelry care advice will not be deemed as faulty. 

The buyer will be responsible for ensuring the damaged items are returned. The postage of the faulty goods will be refunded within 14 days.

Please contact us before returning any faulty items.
